Romero Britto is possibly my favorite living artist. I just love the colors, patterns, and style to his pieces! You can imagine how excited I was to have the kids create pumpkins in the style of Britto! Yes, they are pumpkins, because we started them around Thanksgiving, but because this particular art class only meets once a week, it takes them a bit longer to finish things. They actually completed this before we went on our holiday break, but I didn’t get pictures of them beforehand.
